Since 2011 Mark and Cheron Douglas have proudly served the Wedding community in and around Chattanooga, TN via their Coordination & DJ business, With Class Weddings. Cheron is a degree carrying Certified Wedding Coordinator and a Sandals Honeymoon Specialist. In February of 2023 we opened our Aiken, SC bridal shop which also offers prom dresses and tuxedo rentals. Please read our success story HERE;)

Authorized Retailer?

We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. Are Your Listed Products in Stock?

Many products are in-stock, either in our shop or the manufacturers warehouse, and ready to ship within 3-10 business days. However, all products are subject to availability. If your desired product needs to be made it's called a Special Order and requires extra time; refer to the Special Orders section below. Our manufacturers require that we purchase the items we think will sell in our store; This means no send-backs are allowed and therefore we simply do not order all the offerings. Prices? I noticed some of your products don't have a listed price.

Morilee, and several prom brands, have retailer requirements which disallow us or any online e-commerce store to post the prices of Wedding Dresses, unless they are sample dresses (specific dresses that have been tried on many times in the store), or discontinued dresses. We had previously posted our Morilee prices, boasting our MSRP policy. Other online stores couldn't compete so they lobbied Morilee to ban our MSRP prices (the lowest on the internet) in order to increase their selling opportunity and market share, and won. However, if you write us an email about a specific dress we are allowed to share it with you! And of course all our prices are available in-store as you get VIP'd at your Bridal Appointment. We've created a Price Ranges page which explains our Morilee Bridal Gowns selection in more detail.

Delivery Places?

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Charges?

All normal-speed deliveries (provided by a reliable national courier) do not incur a shipping fee. Faster delivery costs more, For details call the 1-888 number at the top of this page. 

Standard Shipping - Cost and Time?

After the product has made it through production it is shipped through a reliable national shipping provider. Our Standard shipping is Free and may take 5-7 business days. 

Faster Shipping - Cost and Time?

Our national shipping providers offer faster shipping. This service is available in "Fast 3-5 business days" and "Faster 1-3 business days." Please call for details and payment arrangements. Our 1-888 number is at the top of this page.

Delivery Times for In-Stock Dresses?

In-stock items can be delivered within 7 to 14 days of the day of your purchase. We give our best effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Delivery Times for Not-In-Stock Dresses?

These times vary, please call for details. Some products can be delivered in 7-8 weeks. Certain emergency orders can be shipped within 10 working days. Please call the 1-888 number at the top of this page. 

Delivery Signature Requirement?

For your protection all orders require a signature. You can request a signature waiver via the email address you used to place your order. Or you can request it during your online order in the the notes section. You can also request it during your over-the-phone order. Please call the 1-888 number at the top of this page. 

Change of Address for Delivery?

For your protection all change of address for delivery require a request from the email address you used to place your order.

Rush Production Vs Rush Delivery? 

Two things are at play here: 1) Rush Productions (producing your made-to-order products before other orders) costs more. 2) Rush Deliveries (sending the products to your address via a reliable nation shipping provider) costs more. For details call the 1-888 number at the top of this page. 


Special Orders

Special Orders?

If the dress is hanging in the warehouse or needs to be special made from your measurements (Special Order) we accept 70% down, payoff upon arrival, or Layaway the remaining 30%. A credit card is required for all special orders.

A Special Order is any product ordered that was not in stock here at the store at the time of purchase. A special order includes a product immediately available from our manufacturers warehouse. These orders may take between 4-16 weeks. Your "Special Order" dress is not made to your exact measurement specifications but rather each manufacturer's sizing chart; Please refer to the "Size Guide" hyperlink listed in bold on each product page. You may need alterations. Please get professionally measured before making a sizing decision. Special order should call the 1-888 number at the top of this page. 

Bridesmaids Dresses?

These are made to order, and therefore considered a Special Order. They take 12-14 weeks, 7-10 weeks from some manufacturers. From time to time our warehouse may have one or two of the same style hanging so don't be afraid to inquire about this possibility. Please call so we can explore your options. Lay-A-Way

Lay-A-Ways?

We offer in-store and over the phone Lay-A-Way. If the dress is in-store we accept 50% down, payoff within 60 days. (See "Special Orders" for dresses that are hanging in the warehouse.)

How do I take dress measurements?

Exact Measurement Fitted Clothing?

Your "Special Order" dress is not made to your exact measurement specifications but rather each manufacturer's sizing chart; Please refer to the "Size Guide" hyperlink listed in bold on each product page. You may need alterations. Please get professionally measured before making a sizing decision. 

My Professionally Taken Measurements are Different from the Size Guide, What Should I Do?

You should order the size of the largest measurement with an understanding the product may have to be professionally altered at the smaller measurement points. 


Tuxedo Rental Payments

A credit Card is required for all tuxedo rentals.


Color

Colors, Disclaimer...

Colors definitely vary from one computer screen to the next, from one company to the next and from one fabric to the next.

Sometimes the item's photograph color isn't remotely the same as what we have seen in-person, here on the show room floor.

For example an Ivory color in Satin may not be the same Ivory color in Lace.

Additionally, we only use one color identifying program; so, for example, the color choice 'Green' will have one tone and html preset throughout this website. However, one clothing company's 'Green' may be completely different than another company's 'Green.' 


Alterations

Do You Offer Pre-Purchase or Post-Purchase Alterations? 

We do not.

Fastest Way to Order?

Ordering online is the fastest way to order. 

Order Processing Time?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours. 

Method of Payment?

We take CASH and Credit Cards: PayPal Express Checkout, Amazon Payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, and JCB International.

We do not accept checks.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We are located in Hixson, Tennessee, and Hamilton County. All sales made to TN customers incur applicable TN sales taxes. This includes a 7% State of TN sales tax and a 2.25% Hamilton County sales tax totaling 9.25%. 

Did my order go through correctly / What Happens Next?

Once you've clicked "Complete Order" you should see a screen including a pink check mark, your order number, a "Thank You" with a note stating, "Your order is confirmed. An actual map of your shipping address city and state should appear. Additionally, that page will tell of a confirmation email that was sent while listing your inputted email address, Customer information, Shipping method, Billing address, and Payment method. An order summary is also available on this screen. 

Order Updates?

We do our very best to update our "Special Orders" customers on early and on-schedule deliveries. 

Checking My Order Status?

You can check your order's status by logging into your account, navigating to Account Details, finding Order History, and clicking on the order number to expand the page and view the information. Remember, certain Gowns, Bridesmaid and Flower Girl dresses are made to order and will have no updated status until the order is closer to it's projected expected delivery date already provided.


Order Corrections

Changing Size and Color?

This is a possibility. However, if the product has already been sent to you or us, or has gone into production, we won't be able to make the change. Our 1-888 number is at the top of this page.


Counterfeit Dresses

I found the same style at a much lower cost, what's the deal?

Please BEWARE of the online counterfeit. They illegally display the manufacturer's photos and attempt to create the dress based solely on the photo.HERE is more detailed counterfeit information.


Miscellaneous

Buy or Sell Used Dresses?

We do not Buy or Sell Used Dresses.

Can I receive a fabric color swatch prior to placing my order?

Yes, we have color swatches for most of our products and at times ask that the manufacturer provide them to us. This service requires shipping, call for details.
